Unfortunately all of the efforts of ASHRAE and our numerous partners were unsuccessful with the Residential Building Code Review Committee. Today the committee chose to keep the insulation levels unchanged (2009 ICC Residential Code) in lieu of the recommended 2018 ICC Residential Code.
